Utilise Your Medicare CDMP Referral for Rebated Physiotherapy Sessions
If you have a chronic medical condition, your GP can refer you for up to five physiotherapy sessions that are covered by Medicare. This is called a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP)
If you have your Medicare card, we will be able to process your Medicare rebate on the spot with our portable HICAPS terminal.
