External Private Rehabilitation in Aged Care

If you or a family member live in an Aged Care Facility and would benefit from rehabilitation or ongoing care from an external physiotherapist, we are here to help. These sessions can be covered, at least in part, by private health insurance. Whether you are recovering from surgery or would like extra rehabilitation to prevent physical decline, we can work with you or your family member to achieve a great outcome. 

We have a working relationship with several Aged Care Facilities and their respective physiotherapy departments. We work in conjunction with the facility physiotherapist and will also liaise with nurses, occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and GP’s at the facility to achieve the best outcome possible.
